Mechanism in The Hague publishes guide for using ICTY court records

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Courts (Mechanism) today published the User Guide to the ICTY Court Records Database (ICR) in English, French, and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.

The ICR provides online access to the public court records of the ICTY and the Hague branch of the Mechanism.

These public court records include legal documents related to a specific case that were filed with the court, such as indictments, decisions, and judgments, evidence admitted in court, as well as transcripts, audio recordings, and video recordings of trials, the Mechanism announced.

The Guide provides instructions and suggestions for accessing the database, selecting the database language, browsing the latest court records, searching records, and viewing search results.
