Meggle donated 35,000 liters of milk to miners in BiH

Today we are gifting our domestic milk to the black, but golden hands of miners, said the company Meggle BiH at today's event marking World Milk Day, which was held in the Breza and Ugljevik mines, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

On the occasion of celebrating Milk Day, Meggle dairy organized a socially beneficial campaign "Black and White Gold", through which it donated 35,000 liters of milk to miners in all thirteen active coal mines in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- With this campaign, we want to draw public attention to the demanding and not at all easy job performed by the diggers of black gold in our country - it was stated from Meggle.

Milk has extremely beneficial properties for the health of miners. Besides being used as an antidote that neutralizes acidic substances, it contains ideal ratios of beneficial substances.

Around 9,000 miners perform the difficult job of coal extraction from underground and open-pit mines every day.
