International Triathlon Cup 'Kulin Ban': Ognjen Stojanović and Lana Gavrilović Best

(Patria) - Organized by the Triathlon Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the 17th International Triathlon Cup 'Kulin Ban' 2020 was held at Boračko Lake, with 100 competitors from BiH and the region.

This interesting sports competition was held on the occasion of the 831st anniversary of the issuance of the Charter of Kulin Ban, and the special partner was the Olympic Committee of BiH.

The competitors competed in the sprint distance - swimming (750 meters), running (5,000 meters) and cycling (20 km), continuously. The main race was held today, and all categories were divided into
male and female.

In the absolute category for men, regarding international competitors, first place was won by Ognjen Stojanović from Serbia, second was Andrej Vištica from Croatia, and third was Vladimir Danko from Serbia. Regarding competitors from BiH, the best was Belmin Godinjak, who was better than Fatih Tahirović and Vladimir Trbić.

In the absolute category for women, in the international group of competitors, the best was Lana Gavrilović from Serbia, followed by Neira Odobašić and Nikolina Kopanja from BiH. Neira Odobašić also won first place in the category of competitors from BiH, and Nikolina Kopanja second. Third was Tijana Salčinović. Interest in this year's triathlon cup was higher, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the number of competitors was limited to one hundred.
