International Women's Entrepreneurship Day celebrated in BiH for the first time

Women's Entrepreneurship Day (WED) is being celebrated in Bosnia and Herzegovina this year, reports the Patria News Agency (NAP).

The Association of Women Entrepreneurs from BiH “ONE“ will organize a conference in Sarajevo on this occasion on Wednesday, which will be attended by a large number of women from all over BiH who will present their initiatives that could contribute to strengthening the position of women in society, economy, politics, and other segments.

The conference will open on Wednesday at the Congress Center of the hotel “Terme” in Ilidža at 11:00 AM.

International Women's Entrepreneurship Day in BiH will be celebrated on the same day as in the United Nations in New York.

The main WED ceremony is held in partnership with the U.S. State Department and 153 countries and embassies around the world. It is a day to mark, celebrate, and support women in the business world and to establish strong connections for change in the world, reports NAP.
