No BiH citizens among victims of Middle East conflict, emergency hotline opened in case of evacuation needs

(Patria) - In the context of escalating conflict between Iran and Israel, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs the public that, according to currently available information from the Embassies in Tehran and Tel Aviv, there are no injured or deceased citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- We call on all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who are in the affected areas to contact the nearest embassy or the duty line of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We appeal to all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to avoid movement in risky areas and to regularly follow the official communication channels of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies - the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a post on platform X.

As highlighted, the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs remains in close coordination with relevant international partners and continues to actively monitor the situation to ensure timely and safe evacuation of all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
