Regional and world media report on the tragedy in Kakanj

The news that one person died and three were injured on Sunday evening in Kakanj, after a landslide activated in the Bare settlement, was reported by a large number of regional and world media, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

Zagreb's Jutarnji list reports the news of the accident in Kakanj under the headline „DRAMA IN BiH Huge landslide buried family houses: Woman died, three people rescued from the rubble“.

Dnevnik.hr reported this sad news from BiH under the headline „Night of terror in BiH - The earth moved, people were trapped in the rubble“.

World media also did not remain indifferent to the tragedy that befell Kakanj, about 50 km from Sarajevo. ABC News described that the unfortunate event happened in central Bosnia, in a poor settlement, which was built after the mine ceased operations at this location 50 years ago, reports NAP.
