Mašić: To slavishly fulfill Erdogan's demand, the best students suffered; those responsible, resign!

The public is still in turmoil over the scandalous decision of the FBiH Ministry of Education, headed by Elvira Dilberović (SDA), which refused to award any prizes to students from the Bosna Sema school, even though they are mostly the winners of world Olympic medals in physics and mathematics, writes Patria.

Damir Mašić, former FBiH Minister of Education, is one of many who have strongly condemned this act of discrimination against students.

- When we think that the current government can no longer surprise us with its scandals, they disprove us every time anew. This is the latest in a series of moves that is a clear example of how, in the value system created by SDA cadres, the best students suffer first - Mašić pointed out.

He reminded that children in social need, for a reason unknown to the public, did not receive free textbooks this year, and now we have a new scandal.

- Now, with this example, they show that they can and know how to do even worse. Even if it means trampling on Bosnian-Herzegovinian children, all to slavishly fulfill Erdogan's demand for political persecution in which, unfortunately, some of our best children suffered. Shame! It is high time that political responsibility is taken for such things, which means resignations of all those who allowed this discrimination against children - Mašić emphasizes.

We remind you, Olympians in mathematics and physics, winners of numerous medals at international Olympiads, students at top universities in the world: Bahrudin Trbalić, silver at IPhO (top 20 in Europe), MIT; Nermedin Džeković, silver at IPhO (top 20 in Europe), PMF; Salko Zlatko Lagumdžija, bronze at IMO, Brown University; Neira Kurtović, bronze at IMO, University of Oxford; Adisa Bolić, bronze at IMO, 4th grade of International High School. And none of them were on the list of the best!?
