
At his own request, Aleksandar Marković has been dismissed from the position of acting editor of the Information Program editorial office of Federal Television. The Management Board of RTVFBiH thanked editor Marković for his work, results, and dedication shown while performing this job, reports the Patria News Agency.
The Management Board of RTVFBiH appointed Željko Tica as the new acting editor, while Amra Zaklan was appointed as the acting editor of the DESK Editorial Department.
Željko Tica has been working at Federal Television since its establishment in 2001, and he started his journalism career in 1999.
Since June 2007, in addition to his reporting duties, he has been one of the editors of the central news program Dnevnik 2, and from 2010 to 2012, he also served as the editor of the Information Program of Federal Television.
Amra Zaklan has been working at Federal Television since 2007, and since 2008, she has performed journalistic, hosting, and editorial duties in all daily news programs within the Information Program. For two years now, she has been editing the central news program Dnevnik 2, the Management Board of RTVFBiH announced.
Marković was appointed four months ago, after FTV Director Džemal Šabić dismissed the then-editor Avdo Avdić, who had been heading the FTV Information Program since May 2012.
