Marjanović on the election of the Our Party president: Full respect for Kojović

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Damir Marjanović, one of the candidates for the president of Our Party, addressed the public on social networks today regarding media reports about the upcoming Congress of Our Party, which is scheduled to be held on May 18. The other candidate will be the current president of Our Party, Predrag Kojović. 

"Now I have to speak out because I have a feeling that such articles, their timing, and content are not accidental at all! I will immediately disappoint all those who want to turn a normal democratic process into non-existent rifts and expect mutual insults to begin. Peđa has my full respect for everything he has done so far, and all those who want to portray this as some personal conflict are gravely mistaken. I would ask the media to wait for official announcements and not to rely on unverified information on the ground. I know there are individuals who are releasing such information to the public, but it seems to me that by doing so, they are not doing any good to Damir or Peđa, and least of all to Our Party. Ultimately, Our Party and what it stands for are more important and lasting than any position, vice-president, president, or various main boards. Let's move on," Marjanović wrote.
