Marić: Bosniak houses near Čitluk vandalised, we will stop them

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Ljudevit Marić said that the Bosniak houses in the village of Drljajice near Čitluk were vandalised by hooligans, whom the police will certainly find. Police investigators have been on the ground for two days and are doing everything to track down the vandals, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

A group of extremists vandalised three Bosniak houses near Čitluk, whose owners occasionally come from Mostar. The hooligans damaged the houses on Saturday, breaking part of the roof tiles and destroying furniture and windows.

Marić confirmed to Patria that attacks on returnees' houses in several towns in Herzegovina have become frequent recently, carried out by a small group of hooligans, and the police are confident they will stop this wave of violence, writes NAP.
