Marathon runners from Vukovar arrived in Potočari

The Vukovar-Srebrenica ultramarathon has been successfully completed, the quartet that started for Potočari five days ago arrived around noon, writes the BH news agency Patria.

After 226 kilometers run, Robert Kasumović, Duško Štrbac, Dražen Čurčić, and Elvir Rakipović arrived at the Potočari Memorial Center, where they were welcomed by the people of Srebrenica, as well as everyone else who was there at that moment.

In this way, the marathon runners wanted to connect Vukovar and Srebrenica, two cities that suffered the most during the aggression, as well as to pay tribute to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide.

Also, the quartet had a brief conversation with Cardinal Vinko Puljić.
