Manijaci receive letter of thanks from Ferencváros fans

The most ardent fans of Hungarian Ferencváros have sent a public letter of thanks to the fans of FK Željezničar, popularly known as Manijaci, for the solidarity they showed during the return match on July 24, 2015, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Namely, as is known, they were in conflict with the club's management and could not obtain tickets for the match at Koševo, but in 'collusion' with Manijaci, the most ardent fans of Željezničar provided them with tickets and access to Koševo. In the end, when they were already close to entering the capital, they were turned back by the police, so the joint action 'failed', but the Hungarian fans did not forget this gesture.

Also, the fans of Željezničar displayed a banner of support that read “Kubatov odlazi", thus providing another form of support to the Hungarians who are in conflict with President Gábor Kubatov.

- We cannot thank you enough for the kind of support we received, in the situation that befell us. You showed a mentality, brotherhood and solidarity that Ferencváros supporters will never forget. We are sorry that in two matches we could not create the atmosphere you showed, which we would have also prepared.
