Malicious interpretation of the Constitutional Court of BiH ruling: Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton not a defendant in the said case

(Patria) - The interpretation of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina that this court confirmed "that the Government of ZDC violated the autonomy of the University of Zenica" is extremely malicious, because the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton was not a defendant at all, it was announced from the Press Office of the Government of ZDC.

The defendant was the Cantonal Court in Zenica, which can be seen in the ruling by which this court established, allegedly, a violation of rights in the proceedings.

The case has nothing to do with the relationship between the Public Institution University of Zenica and the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, as the founder, and any other interpretation is completely wrong.

The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports are making maximum efforts to ensure the best possible working conditions for the Public Institution University of Zenica, and especially to improve the material position of employees.

It is also necessary for persons who have usurped top positions at the Public Institution University of Zenica to start respecting the law and final court rulings, which will create conditions for the lawful operation of the Public Institution University of Zenica.
