Macedonian national placed in Immigration Center, threat to BiH national security

Conducting enhanced operational activities for the control of movement and stay of foreigners in BiH with the aim of protecting the security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Service for Foreigners' Affairs on 02.08.2016 revoked the permanent residence in BiH of R.M., a citizen of the Republic of Macedonia. Along with the revocation of permanent residence, the individual was issued an expulsion order with a ban on entry and stay in the territory of BiH for a period of four years, after which he was placed under supervision in the Immigration Center of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs, it was announced from SPS, reports Patria agency.

- The individual represents a threat to public order and national security of BiH and is linked to organized crime.

The Service for Foreigners' Affairs is undertaking the necessary measures and actions with the aim of removing the individual R.M. from the territory of BiH. The Service will continue to implement enhanced measures for the control of movement and stay of foreigners in BiH, and through its operational activities, will make a full contribution to the security of BiH.
