The hit comedy „Tako ti je mala moja kad ljubi Mahalac“ by Indira Kučuk - Sorguč is guesting again in Croatia, in Makarska and Split on March 7 and 8, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
This is not the first time the play has guest-performed in Split; on December 13, 2014, it sparked bursts of laughter in the Lora hall, and on February 14, 2015, it also guest-performed in Varaždin.
Filter produkcija with the brilliant „Mahalac“ in Makarska is on March 7 at the City Sports Hall, and on March 8 at the Lora hall in Split, when Mahalac will wish all women to get a real Mahalac like him as a partner.
Mahalac is depicted on the poster as a Bosnian court jester who tells the world that the emperor is naked and mocks all the false values that have been adopted as true today.
He says: „Leave me, leave the last Bosnian primitive in the play „Tako ti je mala moja kad ljubi Mahalac" because he does not accept the ugliness of today, he prefers to be primitive rather than modern and perverted, he is always caught between three fires – between his mother and his wife and the environment – that is, his people who always have something to spice things up.
The role of Mahalac is played by the brilliant Nerman Mahmutović, who captivates with his exceptional acting and enchants the audience, while his wife, a pretentious Bosnian woman, is brought through music and song by the irresistible Negra Čičić.
Dalmatia, get ready for a play that will leave you breathless and make you laugh to tears.
