Fog reduces visibility, roads also have ice

(Patria) - Fog is reducing visibility this morning in wider areas: Sarajevo, Tuzla, Orašje and Banja Luka, as well as on the sections Konjic-Jablanica, Sanski Most-Vrhpolje and Priluka-Glamoč-Mlinište, and on certain sections along the rivers: Sava, Bosna, Vrbas and Lašva. Due to low temperatures, we draw attention to ice, especially on sections in higher areas where there is occasional packed snow, and in lower areas on bridges, viaducts and tunnel approaches. We appeal to all drivers to be cautious and to comply with all traffic regulations. Do not set off without appropriate winter equipment.

Traffic for heavy goods vehicles is still prohibited on the roads:

- Bosanski Petrovac-Drvar-Bosansko Grahovo,
- Glamoč-Mlinište and
- Drvar-Glamoč.

All vehicle categories are operating, but with difficulty, on the roads Kotor Varoš-Teslić (Borja) and Karanovac-Kneževo.

We warn about frequent wild horse crossings onto the road over the Borova Glava mountain pass (Šuica-Livno).

Due to the New Year's holidays, the transport of explosives in Bosnia and Herzegovina is prohibited until midnight on January 2, 2025.

There are no long delays for passenger vehicles at border crossings.
