Fog reduces visibility on certain sections, icy roads also present

(Patria) - The morning is cloudy with light snow, rain, fog, and occasional strong winds.

Fog is reducing visibility on certain sections this morning, notable sections include: Bihać-Bosanski Petrovac-Ključ and Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje-Prozor (Makljen). Light snow is falling in the Srebrenik-Gradačac-Banovići-Kladanj area, while snow is also present on the road surface on the Olovo-Nišići section. Due to low temperatures, icy conditions are possible, so drivers are urged to exercise increased caution.

The Jablanica–Blidinje main road section is closed to traffic due to a large landslide.

On the Dobro Polje–Miljevina main road, in the Sijeračke stijene area, traffic is intermittently halted for up to 45 minutes daily from 08:00 to 17:00 due to landslide remediation.

Roadworks are ongoing on the main roads: Semizovac-Olovo, Jajce-Crna Rijeka, Bileća-Trebinje (at the Žudojevići locality), Gacko-Foča (in Sastavci), as well as at the entrance to Neum.

At border crossings, waiting times for passenger vehicles do not exceed 30 minutes.

Due to passenger registration under the new European Union entry and exit system (EES, Entry/Exit System), longer delays at border crossings are possible.

The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. Traffic is prohibited for vehicles over 5 tons of maximum permissible weight at the Karakaj border crossing (near Zvornik). Freight vehicles over 5 tons are redirected to the Bratunac or Rača border crossings, while buses can use the Šepak border crossing. Freight vehicles can use the Šepak border crossing from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 22:00 to 06:00 (on weekends, they can cross between 22:00 and 06:00).
