Magazinović: Parliament is not a court, the initiative to dismiss Džaferović is a continuation of the war between SNSD and SDS

At today's session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA, an initiative to dismiss the Speaker of this House Šefik Džaferović should also be considered, writes the Patria News Agency.

This initiative will be submitted by SNSD, after Mirsad Kebo, Vice President of FBiH, submitted documentation to the BiH Prosecutor's Office in which Džaferović is allegedly accused of crimes in Vozuća.

Džaferović himself said that he has nothing against this item being on the agenda of the session, but that this initiative can pass. The Alliance for a Better Future (SBB) confirmed that they will support this dismissal, while HDZ confirmed they will abstain.

SDP MPs, however, believe that this initiative effectively mocks the BiH Parliament. Saša Magazinović says this is a continuation of the war between SDS and SNSD.

- Parliament is not a court to pass judgment on anyone. This war between SDS and SNSD must stop. We will not support it, because Parliament is not a place for judgments - said Magazinović.

Otherwise, the expanded collegium of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA should decide today whether the representatives will vote on the SNSD's initiative to dismiss Džaferović.
