Lukač's most loyal man: How many boards does the head of FUP forensics sit on and collect money

 

The head of forensics at the Federal Police Administration costs the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina much more than his salary, which he has as a police officer, writes the BH news agency Patria.

Sead Selman, one of the closest and most loyal associates of the former FUP Director Dragan Lukač, is, in addition to his work at FUP, necessarily engaged as a member of the supervisory or management board of some company or institution in the Federation of BiH, for which he receives substantial compensation.

However, among all police officers in FUP, NAP learns, only Selman enjoys such a privilege, thanks to extremely strong and firm friendly relations with Lukač, while other officials are forbidden to hold any functions outside of FUP.

In addition to being a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Igman from Konjic, Selman was also appointed a member of the Management Board of the Institute for Public Health of the Una-Sana Canton in 2009, writes Patria.

In addition, Selman is also the president of the Independent Board for the Appointment of the FUP Director, although according to the new Law on Internal Affairs of BiH, this represents a direct conflict of interest.
