Lukač also requested a driver: Used official car to go celebrate Christmas in Orašje

Dragan Lukač, whose term as director of the Federal Police Administration expired on December 7, as confirmed in a written document by Sead Selaman, president of the Independent Board of the PFBiH, continues to use all the benefits he had as director, reports the Patria news agency.

As we learn, since December 7 he has been listed as "unassigned." Deputy director Ensad Korman signs all documents, but exclusively on Lukač's directives, so Lukač is still effectively the shadow director, as nothing is done without his approval.

Lukač, who has had no assignment decision in the police service since December 7, continues to behave as the top man of the FUP.

Thus, on December 24, he requested that a driver take him in an official car to Orašje, where he celebrated Christmas Eve and Christmas, which is contrary to legal provisions.

Employees and officials of the FUP are confused and deeply disappointed by Lukač's moves, as he is convinced he will again be director of the FUP. However, ministers in the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are still awaiting additional clarifications from the Independent Board and the Security Commission regarding the process of Lukač's appointment by the Independent Board of the PFBiH.

It is also uncertain when this agenda item could appear at a session of the Government of the FBiH, while Nermin Nikšić, Prime Minister of the FBiH, has received several letters detailing all of Lukač's illegal decisions and shady actions.

Incidentally, Lukač also used his annual leave, so it is unclear whether he is on sick leave or some other type of leave. During this time, he regularly uses the official car, MTS equipment, and all benefits as if he were still director of the FUP.
