Summer vacation: OAZA provided lunch packages for persons with intellectual disabilities

OAZA water supported the summer camp for persons with intellectual disabilities this year as well. For this occasion, lunch packages were provided for twenty people for a seven-day camp at Boračko Lake – Scout Camp Neretva in Konjic, from July 6th to 14th, organized by the Association for Support of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities in the Canton of Sarajevo "Oaza", reports the Patria News Agency.

The cooperation between OAZA d.o.o. and the "Oaza" Association has been ongoing for two years, within which going to camp is just one of the projects supported by this company from Tešanj. Most of the beneficiaries who will stay at Boračko Lake during the specified period, due to the socio-economic status of their families, do not have the opportunity to go to the sea or on summer vacation, which gives greater significance to the entire initiative.

"The beneficiaries of the 'Oaza' Association traveled to the summer camp at Boračko Lake with escorts. Thanks to the donation from our partners, OAZA water and AS GROUP, lunch packages were provided for the beneficiaries of our Association, and the donation will be used for food at the camp. We sincerely thank our partners for supporting this camp, as always," said Nejra Jelko, PR of the Association.

The goal of this camping trip is to enable persons with intellectual disabilities to have an equal position in society, a life worthy of a human being, and potential personal happiness. The lunch packages contain "Oaza" water, as well as "Milkent" treats, "Lara" biscuits, and "Master" strudels.
