Lipovača and Gluhalić to Defend Themselves from Freedom

The Prime Minister in technical mandate of the Una-Sana Canton Hamdija Lipovača and businessman Alen Gluhalić will defend themselves from freedom, confirmed Lipovača's lawyer Salih Hodžić for the Patria news agency.

The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina recently overturned the decision of the Cantonal Court in Bihać to release Lipovača and Gluhalić from custody. They are suspected of malversation during the reconstruction of the Sports and Recreation Center "Stens" in Bihać.

- The Cantonal Court in Bihać made a decision to reject the request for extending custody. The Supreme Court of the FBiH and the Federal Prosecutor's Office should take over the decision on the fate of Lipovača - said Hodžić.
