Lines Beyond Which There Is No Return, Everything Around Dodik Is Already Too Late!

The day after the promotion of fascism and the most primitive nationalism in Republika Srpska, where it was clearly stated that there is no place for Bosniaks, Croats, and other citizens in this entity, messages are coming that Milorad Dodik must be stopped before it's too late!? And it is clear to everyone that it is already too late!

This too late is war! This is more than obvious, and then Serbs, Croats, Bosniaks, and everyone else will be equal, because war does not distinguish national, political, or any other affiliation!

And who should stop Dodik? It is evident that he has stepped over and crossed lines beyond which there is no return, and now he would gladly sit down and talk, but there are no more interlocutors. Cornered like this, he becomes even more dangerous, and BiH institutions are silent. The BiH Prosecutor's Office, burdened by political actions within its ranks, still lacks the strength for a final showdown with the separatist. 

Dodik's nervousness, shouting, and insults show that he has reached a phase of no return. His path can end in two ways. Either he will go to the dustbin of history, or he will provoke a conflict within BiH, calling for help from Serbia, which is already recorded in historical facts as an aggressor.

More dangerous phenomena for the state of BiH than Dodik himself and his policies are the fact that Zoran Galić, director of the BiH Border Police, approved the security for the unconstitutional day event, which is a criminal offense, but there are still no reactions from the authorities.

The MUP of RS sang at the parade: 'There are Serbs like a list, no more communists. For the cross, for the cross, of Nemanjić, for glory, for glory, of Obilić'. And everyone knows that there are no others in RS, that there are very few others, especially in the institutions of this entity and in positions within security agencies! 

The question is, how long will paramilitary formations, which call themselves the RS police, be tolerated on the territory of BiH. Everything is allowed to them, from long barrels to vehicles with religious symbols!

If the BiH Prosecutor's Office and SIPA do not urgently sanction the president of SNSD, Milorad Dodik, it is clear that we are in the phase of too late or war!

Dodik is disturbing the public, provoking conflict, although he constantly claims that this is not his goal. 

And everyone, except the separatists, understands that the "independent RS within BiH" that SNSD plans to promote is not realistic. No concept of a composite state is possible. There are no negotiations about verdicts, no land or Drina that he wants to register to the entity through blackmail!

The whole game is about the Drina river, land, the construction of hydroelectric power plants, and the ownership of forests, which Dodik has already put up as collateral for a 600 million loan!

The six-month deadline ahead of him will certainly be used precisely to achieve full control and impose his policies when it comes to resolving the issue of state property.

And he does not do it on legal grounds, but through manipulation and distortion of legal grounds, just as he manipulates the transfer of competencies and invokes the original Dayton Agreement. But everyone silently watches his red lines and crosses them together with him. From domestic judicial institutions that lack an adequate reaction, to uncoordinated sanctions and warnings.

It is only unclear to prosecutors in BiH that Dodik is undermining the state's constitution and its judicial and police institutions, and the time will come when they too will be asked what they did about it. Inaction is a criminal offense, just like action, and we are at a moment when no one has the right to be passive and hope that Dodik is just playing around in the pre-election campaign.

"We will declare the laws on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH null and void in Republika Srpska. We will do this with SIPA and the Intelligence Service of BiH. We will form the Intelligence Service immediately, and give SIPA a deadline to leave RS. If it does not, we will do it with appropriate measures. This is only strengthening the Dayton position of Republika Srpska. This is the moment to return home," Dodik stated a few months ago.

After that statement, there were no reactions, just as there are none now as we silently observe the entry into the phase of too late and call for action before it is too late! 

To conclude, it is worth quoting Dragan Stevanović: "We don't need red or green berets to defend BiH. For defense, we have institutions determined by the Constitution. The response to unconstitutional behavior can only be constitutional."
