Lijanović: We will stop the policies of Dodik and Čović

Candidate for the BiH Presidency in the 2018 General Elections, Jerko Ivanković Lijanović, reacted to the statements of Milorad Dodik that he will not give up on Serbia and RS becoming one, writes the Patria agency.

- Regarding Milorad Dodik's statement that he 'will not give up on the dream of Serbia and RS becoming one', we can draw a parallel with similar statements and actions in recent days by Dragan Čović, who has publicly shown how he protects the interests of Croatia, not BiH, whose peoples he represents.

This is just one indicator of the common goal of Dodik and Čović to generate ethnic divisions that result only in economic poverty and diverting public attention from the basic life problems of residents throughout BiH.

Therefore, I hereby once again call on all those who love their country where they were born and where they live, to decisively stop the policies of Čović and Dodik in the 2018 General Elections and to jointly implement a policy of ethnic cooperation and economic development, and to make BiH a country from which residents will not have to leave in search of a better life, and for those who were forced to leave, a country to which they can return and live on their native soil from their work - said Jerko Ivanković Lijanović, candidate for the BiH Presidency in the 2018 General Elections, in his reaction to Dodik's statement.
