Lijanović after release from custody: I was the only one in election silence, and I was the only one breaking the law that day

Jerko Ivanković Lijanović, Federal Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry and Deputy Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was released from the custody of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the evening hours, and upon release he told journalists that his arrest occurred two days before the start of the election campaign of the president of the Election Staff of the People's Party Work for Betterment, of which he is also vice-president, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- The extension of custody was two days before the voting, and I was the only one in election silence, and I was the only one breaking the law on the day of election silence - said Ivanković Lijanović, alluding to the fact that he was written about when others were not allowed to speak.

We recall that Lijanović was released after an appeal was filed by his lawyer Vasvija Vidović to the Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and by whose decision today two more Lijanović brothers, Milorad Bahilj, Minister of Trade of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mirko Galić, accountant, were also released.

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects these individuals of organized crime, whereby Bosnia and Herzegovina was damaged by 11.6 million convertible marks, and they will now defend themselves from freedom.
