Lijanović and Bahilj Return to Head Ministries

The FBiH Government today repealed four decisions made at the 132nd session held on September 16, 2014.

These decisions concerned the authorizations for the Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Trade, Dijana Bukovac, and the Head of the Department for Agricultural Policy in the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management, and Forestry, Hanefija Topuz, to sign acts and issue bylaws within the jurisdiction of these two federal ministries.

This means that Jerko Ivanković Lijanović and Milorad Bahilj, the Minister of Agriculture, Water Management, and Forestry, and the Minister of Trade of the FBiH, respectively, are returning to their duties.

We remind you that they were arrested on September 10 in the "Meso" operation, their detention was extended on October 10, and after their lawyers filed an appeal, they were released on October 24.
