Lidija Bradara pardons two convicted Croats, rejects pardon for all 13 Bosniaks!

(Patria) - Federation President Lidija Bradara pardoned two legally convicted individuals, while pardons were rejected for 17 people.

And nothing would be controversial about that if the two pardoned individuals were not Croats, while all Bosniaks and Serbs who sought a pardon were rejected, writes Istraga.ba.

"Requests for pardon for convicted persons are granted:

Kulić Stjepan, son of Rudolf and mother Ljubica, née Mišković, born 06.11.1955 in Pasći, Tuzla municipality, residing in Živinice, citizen of BiH.

By the verdict of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, number: 03 0 K 014295 19 K 2 of 13.07.2020, for the criminal offense of 'Abuse of position or authority' from Article 383, Paragraph 3, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 and Article 55 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 3 (three) years.

By the verdict of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, number: 03 0 K 014295 20 Kž 2 of 16.02.2021, the sentence was commuted to imprisonment for a term of 2 (two) years. To be partially released from serving the prison sentence for a period of 9 (nine) months.

Žilić Josip, son of Zlatko and mother Zrinka, née Vujica, born 08.02.1981 in Travnik, residing at Nova Bila 27 street, Travnik municipality, citizen of BiH and RH.

By the verdict of the Municipal Court Travnik, number: 51 0 K 182309 21 K of 06.12.2021, for the criminal offense of 'Grievous bodily injury' from Article 172, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH and the criminal offense of 'Illegal acquisition and possession of firearms' from Article 69 of the Law on the acquisition, possession, and carrying of weapons and ammunition of the Central Bosnia Canton, he was sentenced to a unified prison sentence of 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months.

To be partially released from serving the prison sentence for a period of 4 (four) months", it is stated in the Decision on pardon for legally convicted persons made and signed by Bradara.

These are, therefore, the only individuals pardoned by President Bradara. At the same time, she rejected 14 requests for pardon. All Bosniaks who sought a pardon were rejected.

"Requests for pardon for convicted persons are rejected: Riković Delimustafić (Sead) Džana, Mahmić (Hamdija) Semir, Rašidagić (Nasih) Nedžad, Hadžić (Ešef) Nermin, Babajić (Hajrudin) Amar, Smajlović (Ferid) Edin, Burić (Ibrahim) Admira, Matulović (Željko) Kristijan, Dilaver (Avdo) Almedin, Oliva (Slavko) Anton, Kovač (Čašif) Fehim, Karalić (Emir) Samir, Tešević (Miodrag) Igor, Tabaković (Hasan) Haris, Telalović (Hajrudin) Mersad, Mikić (Stanko) Josip, Imamović (Enes) Maja", it is stated in Bradara's decisions made on 28.12.2023.

Of the 17 rejected, 13 are Bosniaks. That is, all Bosniaks who sought a pardon were rejected, while the pardoned individuals identify as Croats.

In addition, pardoned Josip Žilić is also a citizen of the Republic of Croatia.
