Lendo: Dodik's poisonous speech is a continuation of anti-Bosnian policy and an open attack on Bosniaks and the state of BiH

(Patria) - The latest speech by Milorad Dodik, full of insults and open nationalism, represents a brutal attack on Bosniaks, Islam and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina itself, believes the Vice President of the FBiH entity Refik Lendo.

- His statements about "Islamisation" and calling Bosniaks "Turks" are not a political gaffe, but a deliberate campaign of spreading hatred and divisions, aimed at undermining peace and the constitutional order.

Dodik's poisonous language recalls the dark nineties, and the applause of those gathered shows how deeply his evil seed of hatred has taken root - says Lendo.

He emphasises that this is not freedom of speech, but hate speech that must have legal consequences.

- I call on the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the CEC, the OHR and the international community to react decisively. The silence of institutions means complicity.

Dodik and those like him should know - this is a state that survived aggression, genocide and attempts to disappear. It will survive them as well.

Bosnia and Herzegovina will endure, and those who hate it will be recorded as a disgrace of its time - added Lendo.
