More than 370 million marks from the International Monetary Fund loan "landed" yesterday in the account of the Central Bank of BiH and the distribution of money to beneficiaries, i.e. entity budgets, is underway today, the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) has learned.
A total of 370,058,320 KM was received by BiH from the IMF for the sixth and seventh tranches of the loan, along with increased funds due to the May floods.
Half of this amount, 185,029,160 KM, is from the "regular loan" and will be distributed such that the Federation of BiH budget receives two-thirds, and the Republika Srpska budget receives one-third.
The second half of the loan, which was approved due to the enormous damage caused by the floods in our country, will be distributed according to a different principle. Of these 185,029,160 KM, both entities will receive 49 percent each, and the Brčko District will receive 2 percent, NAP reports.
