Laktaši: Three rifles, a machine gun, and two bombs found at M.K.'s house

Police officers of the Banja Luka-Lazarevo Police Station, based on an order from the Basic Court of Banja Luka, on December 25th searched the house and auxiliary buildings used by M.K. (1963) from Laktaši, on suspicion of possessing illegal weapons, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska announced, reports the Patria News Agency.  

During the search, three rifles, one machine gun, two bombs, and several rounds of ammunition of various calibers were found. M.K. was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of weapons or explosives, and a criminal investigation was conducted.

The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka was informed about everything, who ordered that after the completion of the criminal investigation, the person be released, and that a report be submitted in the regular procedure after the case is completed, the statement reads.
