KUZIP ZDK announced intensified inspection of catering facilities

(Patria) - The Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs (KUZIP) of Zenica-Doboj Canton (ZDK) announced that in the coming period, intensified inspection of catering facilities will be carried out in the ZDK area.

These activities will be undertaken as part of the planned control of the implementation of regulations in the field of catering, recording of turnover through fiscal devices, and compliance with the provisions of the Law on Control and Limited Use of Tobacco, Tobacco, and Other Smoking Products.

Inspectional supervision will also be carried out outside of working hours, including night hours and weekends. The supervision will be carried out by mixed teams of market-tourism-catering and sanitary inspectors.

KUZIP appeals to business entities, legal and natural persons who have not yet done so, to align their operations with valid legal regulations and thus avoid legally prescribed sanctions that inspectors will take in case of established violations.
