Kurteš Spreads Disinformation About Defection to SNSD

Information about the alleged interest of SNSD in the current, still SDP, Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH, Predrag Kurteš Koka, to get a Serb position in the FBiH Government, which Dragan Čović, leader of HDZ BiH, promised to Milorad Dodik, is merely probing the ground, just as the news that Kurteš had joined the Democratic Front was, reports the Patria News Agency.

More precisely, Kurteš himself spreads all (dis)information about his political transfers, first trying to reach the DF, and now doing the same with SNSD.

After failing to become a member of the SDP Main Board, and given the electoral debacle his party experienced, there is no place for Kurteš in the executive branch, and he is now trying in every way to ingratiate himself with some political option to get a good position again.

According to unofficial information, certain political circles are working on the rapprochement of Zlatko Lagumdžija, former SDP president who still pulls all the strings in this party from the shadows, and Dragan Čović.

If that political reconciliation were to succeed, then according to Kurteš's idea, Lagumdžija would ask Čović for a favor, which is to convince Dodik that Kurteš is precisely the "best Serb" for a position in the FBiH Government, or for the position that the HDZ BiH leader promised to his friend Dodik.

Dodik has already given Čović one position in the RS Government.
