Cult Partizanovo playground near the Old Bridge now risky for children and youth

Hundreds of Mostar residents once enjoyed the iconic Partizanovo playground, the playground at Luka, near the Medical School, behind the old market... Today these playgrounds are neglected, infrastructure is broken, fields overgrown with weeds...

One of them, the Partizanovo playground, although located just a hundred meters from the Old Bridge, is ruined and overgrown with weeds, a real eyesore for the city on the Neretva, writes the Patria news agency.

Members of Our Party made a photo report to highlight the poor state of sports fields in their city. They were prompted, they say, by the fate of a tragically deceased boy from Sarajevo, who was killed at the beginning of October by a goalpost at a playground in Dobrinja.
Residents of Mostar are demanding from the authorities the urgent renovation of the iconic playgrounds and their reopening for young people. They provided photos of the dilapidated playgrounds to the Patria news agency.
