The film "On the Drina, Bloody Višegrad", by author Avdo Huseinović, is dedicated, among others, to Hasan Tufekčić from Višegrad, writes the Patria News Agency.
Hasan was born in 1905. In 1943, Chetniks led by Draža Mihailović killed ten of his children in Višegrad, five daughters and five sons. They were killed on the same day and at the same place, on the Višegrad Bridge.
Hasan survived World War II and remarried. He had five children. He died in 1984.
Less than 50 years later, in 1992, Chetniks killed three more of Hasan's children in Višegrad. In two wars, they killed 13 of his children.
