Krunić ultimately powerless to protect Zubac further: Proposal sent to Council of Ministers for Zubac's dismissal

The Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected the appeal of the defense of the Director of the Agency for Investigations and Protection of BiH (SIPA), Goran Zubac, as unfounded and confirmed the earlier verdict of the Court of BiH, due to which the Independent Board must request the Council of Ministers of BiH to dismiss Goran Zubac from the position of SIPA Director, writes the Patria News Agency.

The Chairman of the Independent Board, Žiko Krunić, who all along protected Goran Zubac from dismissal or suspension, which by law should have happened after the indictment was confirmed, convened a session today at which a unanimous decision was made to send a Proposal for the dismissal of Goran Zubac to the Council of Ministers.

Namely, since December 2014, when Bobar Bank was liquidated, and all its clients were plunged into darkness, almost no one in the public mentioned the name of the director and president of the Management Board of this now former bank. She is Ana Mirosavljević. According to unofficial information obtained by Patria, Ms. Mirosavljević was appointed to that position with a task received from SNSD, which hides information about Bobar Bank from the public. Also, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of RiTE Ugljevik, whose director until February of this year was Žiko Krunić.

What is the connection between Ms. Mirosavljević and Krunić?

Ana Mirosavljević is the wife of the controversial and compromised Jovica Mirosavljević Chetnik, acting commander of the Special Unit of SIPA.

To that position, after Mirsad Vilić left, although the position is reserved for someone from among Bosniaks, SIPA Director Goran Zubac appointed him acting commander, and for a year now, no competition has been announced to fill this extremely important position.

As a member of the Supervisory Board of RiTE Ugljevik, Ana Mirosavljević had the task of "covering the back" of Žiko Krunić, the president of the Independent Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, which appoints the director of SIPA.

From that position, Krunić has so far successfully resisted the law and did not want to suspend Zubac from the position of SIPA Director (sentenced to one year in prison conditionally for refusing to provide assistance during February 7, 2014, when the Presidency building of BiH was set on fire).

Zubac, from his directorial position, in the capacity of acting commander of the Special Unit of SIPA, protects Jovica Mirosavljević, thus closing the circle that has been successfully extracting millions of marks for SNSD for years.

Therefore, it should not be surprising that for months no one wants to talk about the liquidation of Bobar Bank, that this multi-million dollar crime is being covered up, because such a structure has been created in which they cover each other's backs, all at the expense of the enrichment of Milorad Dodik's party leadership.

Goran Zubac's task is not only to cover up everything that Jovica Mirosavljević does because his wife Ana was the director of Bobar Bank, but through Chetnik to cleanse the Special Unit and all its teams primarily of Bosniaks, but also of unsuitable Serbs.
