VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THE LAW There will be no war, but will there be 'a whole Bosnia from two parts'?

It is increasingly clear that Gabriel Escobar, the US envoy, cannot untie the Gordian knot of problems in BiH. On Monday, Derek H. Chollet, Counselor of the US State Department for Political Affairs, arrives. He carries out special diplomatic missions, by order of the US Secretary of State.

And BiH could not be more special at this moment.

The series of meetings behind us, led by Escobar, lead to the conclusion that everyone respects the Dayton Peace Agreement in BiH and will not violate it, meaning there will be no war, but the other part concerning respect for the laws and constitution of this country has long been trampled upon, and no one is held accountable for it.

And, we should probably be satisfied with the slogan that 'there will be no war'; whether the state has diplomacy obviously does not matter. A whole Bosnia from two parts, we are somewhere in 1994!

Željka Cvijanović, President of Republika Srpska (RS), issued a decree, and therefore remained unpunished, according to which the amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, adopted by former High Representative in BiH Valentin Inzko, which criminalize the denial of genocide and other crimes, do not apply in the BiH entity.

Since then, using hybrid warfare methods, a more confident dismantling of the constitutional order of BiH, planned for years, has begun. The OHR and the High Representative missed the opportunity to nip in the bud the leading of BiH into uncertainty. Because through the methods of special warfare by the RS, supported by Belgrade, and these, in turn, by Russia, under the guise of 'we will not go to war', they are introducing us to the concept of a composite state!

At the same time, Dodik is also violating the Constitution of the RS, because all amendments that enable the existence of the RS army have been deleted from it.
The Constitution of the RS, when it comes to defense, is specified in one Article, Article 104, which states: 'It is the right and duty of all citizens to defend and protect the territory and constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska'.

And that is all. In his own way, Dodik confirmed to the author of this text that for now they have no solution on how to overcome this problem, but he will again assert that they have good energy and will persevere.

"We will also abolish the RS Council of Peoples," said Dodik, very wisely, because he knows that changes to the RS Constitution in this manner cannot pass through this house.

The 2/3 majority he needs in the NSRS is also questionable, but encouraged by 'promoters of peace' from around the world, Dodik is slowly striding towards some end. Whether his own or someone else's, at this moment not even the greatest thinkers of today's world can say.

Serbia and Croatia act as a synchronized machine against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Diplomatically and undiplomatically, publicly and secretly, the foundations of Bosnian statehood and its sovereignty are being attacked. But there will be no war, Escobar will tell us, and very likely Chollet as well.

In all this, the media war is skillfully used; it is enough to hear the questions directed at Dodik, where 'in passing' he is listed the support of all countries and their representatives who give him support. However, the latest case of reporting by Vučić's tabloid Informer about Višković's arrogant comment when he sent Escobar to get ćevapi, instilled a glimmer of hope that the Serbian president briefly understood that the situation in BiH is not just an election campaign, and that everything is spilling over into Serbia as well. Because some connections never cease. As Dr. Kenan Crnkić would say, 'Watch which wolf you are feeding.' And this one has been fed by everyone from the international community, Serbia, Croatia, Russia, and now the appetites have grown and there is no going back.

Has Escobar understood this too? Because BiH does not only need a promise that there will be no war; we need respect for human dignity, freedom and equality, national equality, democratic institutions, the rule of law, social justice, a pluralistic society that will guarantee the protection of human freedoms and rights, everything we currently do not have.

We would achieve this through consistent application of the constitution and laws or through a more decisive struggle by those who guarantee the Dayton Peace Agreement and their diplomats.

This certainly includes sanctions, so it may be necessary to wait for the summit of EU foreign ministers scheduled for November 15, the agenda of which is being carefully worked on.

Until then, the BiH Prosecutor's Office should be working at full capacity, but they are not. Only Gordana left, and Milanko arrived!
