Criminal complaint filed against Karan over David Dragičević case

(Patria) - The RS Ministry of Internal Affairs has filed a criminal complaint against pathologist Željko Karan, who performed the autopsy of the deceased young man David Dragičević, for abuse of office.

The complaint against pathologist Željko Karan has reached the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka and has been forwarded to the special department of the Republican Public Prosecutor's Office for processing.

Karan was reported due to a toxicological report which stated that there were toxins in the blood of the murdered David Dragičević, while it was later determined that this was not true.

According to the aforementioned toxicological report, it was determined that the deceased young man David Dragičević had used LSD, marijuana, and alcohol, which later turned out to be incorrect.
