Krišto at the Summit of Regional and EU Leaders in Tirana: She Appealed for the Resolution of Issues Facing Professional Drivers from BiH

(Patria) - Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana Krišto is participating in the Summit of Regional and EU Leaders in Tirana, where a regional Summit at the political level was held today with
EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos and other EU officials.

Four new initiatives that reflect on our economy and benefits were presented at the Summit.

A Roadmap was presented concerning the roaming mechanisms of the countries in the region and the EU, which will facilitate, i.e., from a financial aspect improve services, as well as an initiative for further improvement of the integration of the Western Balkans into the EU's industrial value chains through the so-called Industrial Dialogue of the region and the EU.

Krišto also informed high officials about the final stages of preparing Bosnia and Herzegovina's application for SEPA membership in 2026, which will enable a single payment system in euros.

Krišto appealed and reminded of the problems of professional drivers who are still working under difficult circumstances and that she expects a swift resolution to this issue.
