Kratina: I hope the conscience of people in the SDP will prevail and that they will not turn the Constitutional Court into a place for the legal dismantling of the state

(Patria) - Democratic Front MP Alma Kratina said that sessions of the Federal Parliament are scheduled, but that the ruling majority is unstable.

At the regular session scheduled for Thursday, the appointment of a judge to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will likely be on the agenda. The Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina insists that the parties of the troika support Marin Vukoja for constitutional judge, and the final proposal of how many names will be before the MPs will be determined by the Commission for Elections and Appointments, which will first fill its ranks at an extraordinary session of the House of Representatives because two members are missing, and there will probably be some other changes in names.

Kratina emphasizes that she expects the conscience of some MPs to prevail.

"I truly hope that the conscience of some people in the SDP will prevail and that they will not lead us into a situation where, in the long run, they hand over the Constitutional Court, the last bastion when it comes to the survival of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. What would follow after that, if it happens, is truly something we should be very concerned about. It is an open path for the Constitutional Court to become a place where BiH will be legally dismantled, because the majority in the Constitutional Court would be held by those who have so far shown secessionist tendencies, like Dodik or Čović, who is insincere about BiH's European path," Kratina said on the show Dobar dan BiH on Hayat television.
