
(Patria) - Above-average high temperatures and unstable weather with rain will persist until the end of the first week of the New Year.
More rain is likely in the southern and western regions. On Sunday (07.01.), snow is possible in the mountains and in Krajina with falling air temperatures, according to the long-term weather forecast of the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH.
Minimum air temperatures will range from 3°C to 8°C in Bosnia, and from 6°C to 10°C in Herzegovina. Maximum daily temperatures will be between 8°C and 14°C in Bosnia, and up to 16°C in the south of the country.
After a prolonged period of above-average warmth, from Monday (08.01.) we expect weather conditions more appropriate for the time of year. Light snow and sub-zero temperatures are forecast for Bosnia. There will be no frost in the southern Herzegovina region, but a moderate bora will increase the feeling of cold.
Stabilization of weather conditions is possible from (11.01.). Morning temperatures will range between -8°C and -2°C in Bosnia, and up to 3°C in Herzegovina. Maximum expected temperatures will range between -3°C and 3°C, and up to 6°C in Herzegovina.
