Kozarić met with Sebastian Kurz and Minister Schallenberg

(Patria) - Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Austria Kemal Kozarić met with Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria Sebastian Kurz and Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Schallenberg. The meeting took place during a reception for ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Austria, hosted by the Federal Government of the Republic of Austria in Vienna on January 27, 2020.

During the conversation with Chancellor Kurz, Ambassador Kozarić emphasized the importance of cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Austria in economic, political, and cultural terms, and invited Chancellor Kurz to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina in the coming period. Chancellor Kurz expressed satisfaction with the exceptional relations between the two countries and emphasized that the Republic of Austria will continue to provide strong support to Bosnia and Herzegovina on its path to European Union membership.

In his address to the attendees, Chancellor Kurz emphasized that the new Austrian Federal Government, which took office on January 7, 2020, will pursue a policy based on Austrian values and interests, highlighting that Austria will continue to support the Western Balkan countries on their path to European integration, emphasizing the importance of reforms to be implemented during that process.
