SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In the last 24 hours, 123 people have been infected with the coronavirus in BiH.
429 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 62 are positive for SARS-CoV-2.
New cases have been registered in all cantons/counties in the Federation of BiH, except for Bosansko-podrinjski.
A total of 153,678 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 17,442 people.
As of today, 13,358 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH, and 35 patients have recovered in the past 24 hours. There are currently 3,586 active cases positive for SARS-CoV-2.
In the past 24 hours, one female person from Travnik has died.
As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 498, of which 327 are men and 171 are women.
Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in the BiH entity of Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, 369 laboratory samples were tested at the Institute of Public Health, the University Clinical Center, the University Hospital in Foča, and the St. Vračevi Hospital in Bijeljina, and the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has been confirmed in 61 people.
These are 37 males and 24 females, of whom 12 are younger, 29 middle-aged, and 20 elderly.
According to place of residence, 29 people are from Banja Luka, five from Laktaši, four from Prnjavor, three each from Gradiška and Ribnik, two each from Derventa, Kneževo, Kotor Varoš, Trebinje and Čelinac, and one each from Bijeljina, Bileća, Zvornik, Lopare, Mrkonjić Grad, Novi Grad and Prijedor.
In the last 24 hours, one death has been reported to the Institute of Public Health of this entity.
So far, 9,167 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in RS, and a total of 298 people have died who tested positive for the new coronavirus.
A total of 6,177 people have recovered from the new coronavirus so far, and a total of 78,088 people have been tested.
The total number of hospitalized is 172, at the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska 54, and in general hospitals 118.
A total of 2,780 people are currently under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 59,827 people.
