Users of 'Toplane' will have their December bills reduced by 10%

(Patria) - The Government of Sarajevo Canton at today's regular session made a Decision to reduce the December bills for users of central heating of KJKP "Toplane - Sarajevo" d.o.o. Sarajevo by 10 percent.

This decision by the KS Government resulted after the Ministry of Communal Affairs, Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Construction of KS received information from the mentioned utility company and the Independent Expert Body that a smaller amount of gas was consumed for heating the central heating system during November 2023 than planned.

- We believe that this government decision, which is a small help in this specific case, is nevertheless proof that the KS Government stands with the citizens and monitors everything that happens in our cantonal companies - said the relevant minister Bojan Bošnjak.

He adds that the main and fundamental interest of the Government and the Ministry is the quality and safety of the service when it comes to energy supply.

For the implementation of this decision, the KS Government has tasked KJKP "Toplane - Sarajevo" d.o.o. Sarajevo to realize this reduction from the very next bill for users.
