Kondić-Panić misappropriated diplomatic plates belonging to the BiH Embassy, founded a private company financed by the RS

The head of the alleged Bureau of Republika Srpska in France illegally uses diplomatic license plates issued by French authorities to the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Paris, reports istraga.ba.

Namely, Bojana Kondić-Panić is a former ambassador of BiH to France. Although her mandate ended in July this year, Kondić-Panić continued to use the diplomatic plates. The photo below this paragraph was taken on December 9 in Paris, during the visit of the President of the National Assembly of the RS, Nenad Stevandić, for whom Bojana Kondić-Panić was the “host”.

“Mr. Stevandić,” we asked the President of the RSNA the same day, “did you use a car with illegal BiH diplomatic plates during your visit to Paris?”

Instead of a concrete answer, we received a barrage of insults from Nenad Stevandić, who called the author of this article a “fool,” stating that “Bojana Panić’s position in Paris is – indisputable.”

But it is disputable. On several grounds. Bojana Kondić-Panić, for example, ended her diplomatic mission in Paris in July this year. She returned her BiH diplomatic passport, although she no longer has the status of a diplomat, only in October. However, she never returned the diplomatic plates she used on her private BMW.

Thus, for example, on October 9, 2025, the French police issued a penalty notice to the BiH Embassy in Paris because the driver of the BMW, with license plates 169 CD 25, committed an offense. An identical notice for the identical car was issued on October 14, 2025, that is, four months after Bojana Kondić-Panić's diplomatic mission ended. On November 27, the BiH Embassy in Paris sent an official notification to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France, indicating that those plates no longer belong to the diplomatic staff of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but are being used by Bojana Kondić-Panić. The French, however, have not reacted to this day.

But let us return to the Bureau of Srpska in Paris. In February this year, the Government of Republika Srpska made a decision to establish a representation of Republika Srpska in France. Under point four, it states that “funds for the establishment and commencement of operations of the Representation are provided in the Budget of Republika Srpska.”



Therefore, the money for establishing the RS representation in France was allocated from the Budget of Republika Srpska. Milorad Dodik, then President of the RS, appointed Bojana Kondić-Panić as head of the Representation in Paris at the end of July 2025. However, Republika Srpska is not mentioned anywhere as the founder of the Bureau of Srpska in France. According to documentation from French authorities, Bojana Kondić-Panić submitted a request on June 3, 2025, to establish a company in Paris with a status similar to a BiH “limited liability company.” Kondić-Panić sent this request while she was still serving as the BiH ambassador in Paris, which is contrary to all regulations governing the status of diplomatic personnel. The founding capital of the company called “Bereau Srpska” was 1000 euros. This is also visible from the attached document.



The document states that the founder of this company is Bojana Kondić-Panić from Laktaši. The activity of the private “company” financed from the RS Budget is “organization of events, forums, and conferences.” Bojana Kondić-Panić arrives at such events in a car with diplomatic license plates that are still registered to the BiH Embassy in Paris.
