Concert by Mirza Selimović opens 'Winter in Tuzla' event tonight

(Patria) - The 'Winter in Tuzla' event, traditionally organized by the local Tourist Board and the City of Tuzla, will open tonight on Freedom Square with a concert by Mirza Selimović.

Secretary of the state service body of the City of Tuzla, Almir Šuta, says that 'Winter in Tuzla' will feature a series of cultural, musical, and other entertainment content, tailored to all ages.



- We are delighted to host a large number of our fellow citizens, numerous tourists, as well as other guests and friends this winter season, who will enjoy all the winter magic.

We particularly highlight the organized public New Year's Eve celebration for 2025 on the largest square in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Freedom Square in Tuzla, where the band 'Crvena jabuka' will usher us into the New Year - stated Šuta.



He emphasized that 'Winter in Tuzla' also attracts businesspeople who come forward as sponsors, patrons, and partners, recognizing the importance of this event in terms of their promotion and visibility.

Director of the Tourist Board, Amra Jaganjac, said that 'Winter in Tuzla' will last from December 13 to January 8 this year.



In those 27 days, as many as 21 evenings with live performances and concerts by 30 musical artists will be held, of which 24 are from Bosnia and Herzegovina and as many as 15 artists from Tuzla, followed by four artists from Croatia and two from Serbia.

The event will feature a rich musical program with performances by numerous artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.
