Konaković: Still No Political Agreement on the Draft Law on the Court

(Patria) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH Elmedin Konaković told reporters after the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH that the Draft Law on the Court of BiH, as well as the Draft Law on Personal Data Protection, were again withdrawn from the agenda today.

Konaković says there is still no political agreement on the Draft Law on the Court of BiH.

- The dispute continues over the jurisdiction and seat of the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH. For the second law, there are many requests from the Legislation Office for corrections of a nomotechnical nature.

I believe we will be in a position to decide on that law relatively soon, while the first one is being debated on the political field - added Konaković.
