Konaković claims: Attack on BiH's constitutional order is slowly subsiding

(Patria) - The goal of all of us and the responsibility of politicians above all is to maintain the security of BiH and preserve the hard-won peace.

I think we are succeeding in this, that the attack on BiH's constitutional order is slowly subsiding, that Milorad Dodik's plans have not found fertile ground, and most importantly, not even among the Serb people, stated BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković today in Bugojno.

Konaković pointed out that the way Dodik treats his opponents shows what kind of person he is.

- The laws he has passed in order to persecute Serbs who do not follow him in this schizophrenic secessionist policy speak volumes about the kind of man he is - Konaković said.

He notes that healthy, normal, pro-European forces are winning in this one difficult turbulence that is still ongoing, but, as he said, is subsiding.

- We have challenges ahead of us not to lose momentum towards the European path, to adopt those two famous laws, to elect the chief negotiator, and to officially start negotiations with the EU.

Perhaps as early as June, because we missed it in March due to Dodik, and thus send a message that this country has a future, that we keep young people in it, and possibly intrigue those who have left to start thinking about returning to their homes - Konaković added.
