Konaković announces changes in NIP, KS Government, and cantonal companies

(Patria) - Personnel changes may soon occur in the Cantonal Organization of the People and Justice party, following the local election results. This party experienced a greater decline than they expected in urban municipalities. No one has resigned since the elections.

The head of the Cantonal Organization is Elvedin Okerić, one of the founders of NIP.

The leader of People and Justice, Elmedin Konaković, spoke about the party's results for Dnevnik D FTV, and also announced changes within the party, as well as concerning the KS Government and public cantonal companies.

He stated that the municipal organizations have conducted analyses, except for some unserious ones, but they will soon know which ones they are.

"We have reasons to criticize ourselves. I believe the efficiency of the Cantonal Government in Sarajevo must be at the level we expect. It is much better than the previous government, and our imperative cannot be to compare ourselves to our predecessors, but to be good enough for the people. There are things to criticize, the Cantonal Government and the Cantonal Assembly, especially some cantonal public utility companies," said Konaković.

When asked if a reconstruction would occur, he said that it certainly would, affecting both the Government and the entire system.

"So, especially this second echelon in the part where directors of public utility companies sit, their analysis, the analysis of the Cantonal Government's relationship with them, the entire overall picture, and I think there will be some changes there," announced the leader of NIP.
