Final Announcement: Indictment Filed Against Zubac

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has finally and officially announced the information that on June 16, 2014, it confirmed the indictment charging the accused Goran Zubac with the criminal offense of dereliction of duty, writes the Patria News Agency.

The indictment states, among other things, that the accused Goran Zubac, as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consciously violated laws and other regulations, obviously acted negligently in the performance of his duties, which resulted in property damage exceeding the amount of 10,000.00 KM.

Otherwise, as confirmed by Žiko Krunić, president of the Independent Board of BiH, the publication of the indictment will not be sufficient to hold a session to discuss Zubac's suspension.

- The session will be held when all institutions from which we requested reports do so - Krunić said.
