Komšić's congratulatory message: Bosnia and Herzegovina stands and exists, and March 1 is the most important date in the history of our country

President of the Democratic Front Željko Komšić congratulated all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 1, Independence Day. The Patria News Agency publishes Komšić's congratulatory message in full. 

Bosnia and Herzegovina is an independent country, and its citizens confirmed this on February 29 and March 1, 1992, in a referendum, answering positively to the question: „Are you in favor of a sovereign and independent Bosnia and Herzegovina, a state of equal citizens, peoples of BiH - Muslims, Serbs, Croats and members of other nations living in it?". 

This is a fact regardless of disputes regarding this day, regarding the history of BiH and its future. Bosnia and Herzegovina stands and exists, and March 1 is the most important date in the history of our country.

To all female and male citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I extend my sincerest congratulations on the occasion of our most important holiday, March 1 - Independence Day, Komšić stated.
